Wholesale Terms & Conditions for Ocoah Ltd
Minimum Order Value
For first time customers of Ocoah the minimum order value is £25. For subsequent orders the minimum order value will be £100.
How to place an order
You can order through our general shop by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names) and quantities to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your order we will email you a digital invoice with the total charges with shipping.
Damages / Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Ocoah at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of damaged or defective items. Returned products will be replaced with new products. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 30 days after receipt.
We ask that our customers do not sell our products on third party market place sites such as Amazon or eBay.
We do not offer credit accounts so payment is required at the time of placing all orders. Ocoah accept credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and Paypal
Please allow at least 5-10 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
We only deliver to the UK at the moment. Delivery is free on all mainland UK orders over £100. For orders below £100 excluding VAT, the delivery charge is £2.95 and it will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class service unless agreed otherwise.
In the event of a null price or major price error on the website, Ocoah Ltd. reserves the right to correct this error on the invoice and charge the correct price.
